While the pandemic effect of Covid-19 is gradually becoming part of our daily lives, Apple has added another important feature to its new watch. Apple Watch Series 6 has an application that measures blood oxygen levels. Watches are not only good for health, but also for athletes who hope to benefit from training at height.

In fact, Apple Watch is more than just a smart gadget – it’s already part of life, helping people achieve their daily goals and keeping their blood sugar levels under control.

Apple has done a great job with the ability to customize Apple Watch and a small number of options that let you choose the model that suits your specific taste. It is also possible to create your own groups if you are looking for an extra configuration, and you can choose any model with a built-in LTE connection for an extra $100.

Series 6 is available in aluminium, stainless steel and titanium, with aluminium finish being the standard option. After selecting a template, you can choose a color. Apple Watch Series 6 models are available in a wide range of colors and high-quality finishes. It is available in silver, gold, cosmic grey, blue and red.

Right after that, choose the color and finish of your Apple Watch and you’ll have an equally wide range of applications to choose from. The $99 leather belt looks incredible and complements the Smartwatch design. Another new group is the Solo Loop, a version specially designed to ensure a comfortable fit.

The Apple Watch Series 6 features a 1.78-inch retinal LTPO OLED display with a resolution of 448 x 368 pixels that gently cures the sides to fit inside the cabinet. The digital crown on the right-hand side is convenient for interaction with the user interface and also has a microphone and an on/off button on the side.

The single speaker is on the left side and the ceramic under the smartphone is where the heart rate and blood oxygen sensors are located. You will also find quick-release fasteners that allow you to disconnect the voltage areas.

In addition, the Apple Watch Series 6 is available in a variety of configurations. You can choose the 40 mm option for $399 or the 44 mm option for $429. The first option is ideal for small wrists, while the second is suitable for medium or large wrists.

Although Apple Watch 6 looks a bit like the 5 and SE series. It retains the improved shape introduced in series 4 and uses the same display technology and quality. It also has a similar digital crown that is used to scroll through the menus and open the menu screen.

Like the Series 5, Apple Watch SE still has a display that is not on Apple Watch SE. This is probably the most incredibly attractive element that will lure people to the more expensive Series 6.

Apple Watch Series 6 introduces a new sensor that measures blood oxygen saturation to understand the condition and well-being when oxygen saturation (also known as SpO2) drops, which can be a sign of serious illness.

Oxygen in the blood is controlled by four groups of red, green and infrared LEDs and four photodiodes under the Apple Watch. A tailor-made algorithm added to the new application measures blood oxygen in a range of 70-100%.

In addition, on-demand tests are available through the application, and the watch also takes background measurements when a person is sometimes inactive, such as while sleeping. All data is available in the Health application.

The Apple Watch Series 6 is waterproof and supports Apple Pay purchases just like previous models. Moreover, it has the same health properties as monitoring blood oxygen levels. The Apple Watch Series 6 measures step count, pedal count, calorie consumption, and heart rate. It can also perform ECG measurements, check sleep, monitor falls with fall detection, make emergency calls with SOS and monitor loud noises.

There are several rotary knobs, and you will discover different setting options, such as hardware. Characteristic is the artist’s face – an unusual drawing that combines different human faces that alternate depending on the time of day.

Apple Watch Series 6 has important health and wellness features, and blood oxygen monitoring is an exceptional complement to these functions. Watches often check your blood oxygen level every few hours and you can also check it manually. The same goes for the GEC: The watch measures 30 seconds and analyzes the heart rate to detect dysrhythmia.

A contemporary feature is the hand wash alarm, which automatically switches on at any time during hand washing. This function can be turned off from the box, but you need to visit the settings to enable it. The watch then depends on the microphone and accelerometer to detect when you start washing your hands. So it creates a 20-second timer to make sure you wash your hands properly.

Other useful features of the Apple Watch 6 Series include calling and texting directly from the clock, only if you have an LTE model, reminders of idle times and activity monitoring. Apple Watch Series 6 features exceptional automatic activity tracking capabilities that give you a detailed view of calorie usage, workout time, and other performance data.

At the end of the day, you can also see your heart rate data and the ability to measure the sound in the room. The data is calculated in the background, so you can only see detailed information if you view it in the health application on your iPhone. It is not possible to use the Apple Watch Series 6 with an Android phone. To access all iPhone features, your iPhone must have iOS 14.

Well, the only aspect where watchOS 7 is less satisfying is sleep control. At the moment you do not receive any useful knowledge, except for the time you spend in your sleep. Apple had to do more.

If you turn everything on, i.e. you are constantly on the screen, check your sleep, the oxygen level in your blood, reminders to wash your hands based on your location, two GPS workouts a day, the watch will simply work all day long.

Since about 30% of the battery is needed for sleep monitoring, it needs to be recharged before bedtime.

Although it is absurd to charge the watch twice a day, you can get used to it after a while. It’s probably best to think of an Apple watch as a small iPhone that’s less abrasion-resistant and larger than the one you wear on your wrist. If you text all day long, no one will find it funny if you have to charge your phone more than once a day.

The most interesting features of WatchOS are still available for the previous 4 and 5 series, so if you have one, you don’t have to buy the latest model. But if this is your first time to receive an Apple Watch, I recommend the 6 series. It’s worth it as long as you have an iPhone.
