- Open the iPhone or iPad settings and touch the Bluetooth option.
- On the next page, click the i icon next to the name of your Airpods.
- Then tap Forget this device and confirm your action by selecting Forget device from the pop-up menu at the bottom of the screen.
Now put the Airpods back in the box and close it for about 15 seconds. Next, open the case, press and hold the setting button on the back until you see an orange light and then a white light indicating the Airpods have successfully reset.

- To reconnect Airpods, turn on Bluetooth on your iPhone and open the Airpod case cover when the two devices are in close proximity.
